RE booted in amnesiac mode after upgrade to 22 version

FreeBSD/amd64 (Amnesiac) (ttyu0)

The config commit was failing due to an error with authentication key.

This was seen in vrrp for one of the unit in an interface, with key length "longer than 16 characters".

Due to this the device was going into amnesiac mode, after upgrade to 22.

Hence we disabled the unit & committed the config.

Post this, the device came up fine in 22.4 version.
