Customer has encountered an issue whereby when they rebooted one of their PE devices, the secondary path did not forward MPLS traffic.

This issue is seen on all Junos Evolved platforms, running EVPN MPLS after running a test script involving host movement across MPLS tunnels and an interface flap of the underlying tunnel interface. When command "show platform app-controller incomplete" is executed, the outputs are seen, indicating an issue in the system which can result in traffic impact due to stale route or stale nexthop.

This is suspected to be due to PR1807906.

On all Junos Evolved platforms, running EVPN MPLS, after events involving hosts moving across the tunnel and a flap of the underlying interface of the tunnel, the output for command show platform app-controller incomplete" is seen which indicates stale route.

This issue might be seen if the following conditions are met:

* On all Junos Evolved platforms

* EVPN-MPLS is configured, Host movement across MPLS tunnel (core to local)

* Running "show platform app-controller incomplete" command
