Restarting SRX5K-SPC-2-10-40 (SPC1), SRX5K-SPC-4-15-320 (SPC2), and SRX5K-SPC3 via CLI

In SRX5000 series devices, especially with specific Service Processing Cards (SPCs), the behavior of the request chassis fpc command can vary. For cards like SRX5K-SPC-2-10-40 (SPC1), SRX5K-SPC-4-15-320 (SPC2), and SRX5K-SPC3, the request chassis fpc command does not support restarting these FPCs directly via the CLI.

When attempting to use commands like restart or request chassis fpc on these SPCs:
