Not able to configure Enhance storm control in EX2300

These are the logs seen when they configure the enhanced storm control, the config shows no errors or warning, in the logs it shows "Feature unavailable".

Enhanced storm control has not been supported on EX2300 and EX3400 from the beginning, which is why it returns a "Feature unavailable" error due to SrcVirtualPort qualifiers, among other reasons.

Please disable enhanced storm control for the EX2300 and EX3400 models, as it is only available for TD3 and QFX5K platforms.
