The cause of seen the above license messages can be due to the following reasons: No license is installed The installed license is incorrect/expired/invalid. An issue with the License keys.
We can consider the following steps to move forward with the resolution.
1. Confirm that the corresponding license is properly installed on the device; you may use the following commands to check it:
> show system license
> show system license keys
> show system license installed
> show system license usage
2. If there is no license, then you may need to purchase one to be able to install it on the device to clear the alarms/messages.
3. If needed, reach out to Juniper Customer Care department to generate the valid license or procure the needed licenses via Admin Case.
4. On the other hand, if you do have the license, but it is not being recognized successfully, then if required, you may need to get new License keys to be added to the device to clear the alarms/messages.
Note: you can request License Keys via Admin Case, because this task is only managed by Juniper Customer Care department.
5. Then add the License key to the device.
