After the change to replace the CB2 on the MX router has caused issues to the our 4G services which is connected to Security GW on LAG ae40, 41, 42 (shown below) which was diagnosed after having lots of failure to 4G cells.

Silent packets drop after hot-swap SCB2.

JTAC had checked the chassis alarm and chassis fabric plane outputs, both looked fine, no errors detected. JTAC had suggested the customer to either reset chassisd or reboot the system to recover the transient hardware issue.

The customer had rebooted of the device seems to solve the issue.
