RE1 on both nodes (node0 and node1) shows the same serial number.

Chassis Environment shows RE1 in Present state:

RE1 on both nodes shows same serial number.

No chassis or System alarms.

No impact on operation.

This state does not create any functional issue and SRX performs as usual.

To address this issue and make chassisd fetch the correct RE1 serial number for RE1, we need to:

• Failover all RGs to one node and power off the Secondary node.
• Reseat RE1.
• Power ON the node and verify RE1 Serial Number.
• Follow the same procedure for the Primary node and verify the RE1 Serial Number.
