Supported installations:

  1. vmware
  2. kvm
  3. JSA physical appliances
  4. Customer hardware (software only installations) that meet documented minimum requirements.

Symptoms

Unable to find images in AWS or Azure for JSA

Solution

Installations in cloud environments is not supported. See the JSA installation guide for more information.
