Description

This article explains the default LWC data collection schedule and clarifies configuration limitations.

Solution

  • By default, LWC runs data collection commands once per day at 2:00 AM local device time on Juniper devices.

  • This data collection interval is not user-configurable.

  • The LWC location (used to determine local time) is estimated based on the company headquarters location.

  • If data collection does not occur at 2:00 AM local device time, contact  JUNIPER JTAC Support  for assistance. JTAC, in coordination with the JSAS engineering team, can help correct the timing discrepancy.
