This article describes an issue where device interface is shows unknown IP and gateway after the configuration changed from PPPoE to ethernet.

We can check and follow the below steps:

• Check the configuration on conductor and router if it is same.
• Try to delete the interface configuration and commit and configure it again.
• Reboot the router or conductor which is showing an old/unknown IP.
