You would notice below alarms and both RE slots will be 0. This will reflect when RE1 is RE-S-2000 and RE0 is RE-S-2X00x6.

Install both REs in same model and then reboot the whole chassis to reflect correct Routing-Engine slot number.
If the issue is not resolved after chassis reboot, please raise a JTAC case.
