In a rare scenario LSP stats may not report correctly after performing clear mpls lsp <lsp_name>

After clear mpls lsp <lsp_name> , the BW utilization on the LSP will not come back to the previous values i.e. before clear mpls lsp <lsp_nme>

packet and byte count in show mpls lsp statistics <lsp_name> or show mpls lsp statistics commands for the cleared lsp might have lower values compared to before clearing.
