After upgrading Virtual-Chassis systems comprised of EX4300 switches to Junos 21.4R3-S3, some ports on fpc1 and fpc2 might not come up.

After upgrading EX4300 Virtual-Chassis systems, all connected ports (interfaces) come back up after switch reboot, except one port from the secondVC member and one port from the third VC member. It is always ports ge-1/0/1 and ge-2/0/1 that stay down.

Bouncing (disable / enable) the affected interfaces does not work. The workaround is to reboot the VC member switch that owns the affected port- member 1 and member 2 of VC, respectively.

Issue is resolved by PR1745855 - [EX4300-VC] after software upgrade some ports on fpc1 and fpc 2 do not come up unless a second reboot is performed
