Description

CSO unable to send mail notifications when an SMTP server with port 465 is used.

Symptoms

CSO unable to send mail notifications when an SMTP server with port 465 is used.

Solution

CSO only supports port 587 for SMTP. Currently, port 465 is not supported on CSO and customer has to use an SMTP server with 587 port.
