This KB article addresses the issue of rack mount kits (provided with the switch) becoming easily dislodged during the installation of the switch in a rack.

The rack mount kits are getting dislodged easily

1. Customer can reach out to TAC.
2. TAC needs to raise an Admin case to address the issue, and concerned will assist in contacting the manufacturer team.
3. Additionally, the customer should provide photos and videos, including a video demonstrating the way the affected rail kit becomes detached, to help identify the source of the problem.
