Description

On SRX 550M "major SRXSME Chassis Fan Tray failure alarms" are seen.

 

 

Symptoms

On SRX 550M, below mentioned alarms can be seen

Solution

Please contact Jtac for this issue.

RMA for fan tray is not possible since it is not a Field replaceable unit and hence complete chassis needs to be replaced.
