We have encountered the following error message on our SRX device:
Fan 0 failed with active system alarm:
Alarm time: 2023-08-21 11:56:40 CESTClass: MajorDescription: SRX320 Chassis fan 0 Failure
Kindly advise us on the appropriate steps to proceed in order to address this issue.
Device generates an alarms sometimes temporarily or sometimes persistently saying Fan has failed or fan tray has failed.
When this alarm is generated, customer needs to contact JTAC for raising the RMA for the chassis.
Since fan tray or fan are integrated part of the SRX branch device and are not field replaceable units, they cannot be RMAed separately, so we need to replace the complete chassis.
