When customer needs to downgrade or upgrade the device to specific version, the image download from portal will be needed.

Below is the step by step procedure

> Goto the Juniper SW download portal - https://support.juniper.net/support/downloads/

> In search box for 'Find a Product', type the box which needs downgrade/upgrade & click 'Find a Product' button.

> In Select OS drop-down, confirm if you are looking for MR or SR & select Junos for MR, Junos SR for SR.

> The options will be 'Junos Evolved' or 'Junos Evolved SR' for EVO products.

> In Select VERSION drop-down, click the required MR which you need the MR image or SR image.

> For USB, select the options under 'Install Media' from the the various options available. Else select from 'Install Package'.

> Select the link with name as tgz (for Junos) or iso (for EVO), which will take you to the webdownload page for the specific image.
