This article describes the issue when PIC 1 failed due to high temp on PIC with alarm raised "FPC 0 PIC 1 Temperature Hot"
We could observe major alarm set in logs

Kindly check the logs we could observe the QSFP-0/1/3 reported high temperatures, causing the system to shut down PIC 1
Need to run the command request chassis pic fpc-slot 0 pic-slot 1 online ' post which PIC came back online.

This issue had been previously reported, and PR – 1462987 is matching with the issue , Need to check the Junos version customer is running on device, if not fixed as per the PR inform the customer to upgrade the device to the fixed release.
