This issue explains the ways to troubleshoot the issue FPC goes down on the device and is not detected in Output of "show chassis hardware"

FPC will be down on the device and below logs on cli will be seen :-

Multiple reboots will be seen on the device along with multiple core dumps for fxpc process :-

As FPC is not detected on the device please try to hard reboot the device by removing the power and then adding it back.
If the issue is not solved then device needs to be replaced with an RMA.
Please contact JTAC for RMA creation.If the issue is seen on multiple device please collect core dump from the device before replacing and work with JTAC support for further RCA.
