The fabric plane issue as below:
Plane 0-3 is Spare --> Even though CB0 is Master
Plane 4-7 is Online. --> Even though CB1 is Standby
There is no impact.

+Power-off Backup RE by issuing below command on Master RE.
>request system power-off other-routing-engine
+Offline CB1 using "request chassis cb slot 1 offline"
+verify below commands:

>show chassis environment cb
>show chassis fabric plane-location
>show chassis fabric summary
>show chassis fabric fpc's
>show chassis fabric plane
+Once CB0 planes come Online, make CB1 Online using ""request chassis cb slot 1 online"
+Verify the below commands again:
+Power on the Back up RE from Master RE>request system power-on other-routing-engine
After performing the POA , the issue resolved and we could see the planes 0-3 came Online and planes 4-7 showing Spare.
