Description

This article explains the steps to overcome the issue where Junos space upgrade stuck at same page for long time.

Symptoms

The GUI shows as  "Junos space upgrade is preparing to startup".

 

The maintenance mode password will not pop up.

 

Solution

This can be resolved by following the below:

 

Enable the pop-up notification in order to pop up the maintenance mode password.

 

Clear the cache in the browser.

 

Try alternate browser.
