On the Conductor the router has this alarm “No active NTP server” showing for a while and we are unable to clear it, we have rebooted the router multiple times, but the issue still persists.
The conductor is generating a 'No Active NTP Server' alarm.
An alarm is an indication that the system is in a state that may require user intervention to resolve.
An alarm is stateful, and is usually associated with two events, an "ADD" when it is created and a "CLEAR" when it goes away.
It is indicating either an NTP server is not configured or there is a connectivity issue with the configured NTP server. Please check the health of your NTP server and ensure SSR can reach it. Once connectivity is established the alarm will go away.
