In the above config the combined capacity of the two MPC10 slots are 2TB.

But the calculated used bandwidth capacity be greater than 2TB.

Symptoms

When the bandwidth usage exceeds the installed bandwidth capacity alarms and warnings will be generated.

Solution

This scenario happens when the device is configured with PWHT services, with lt interface on MPC10 as anchor points for the PS interfaces. While calculating the BW, this anchor point BW is also included which is making the BW exceed the line card capacity.

It will be addressed through RLI#58687 changes.

Before Fix :  PWHT L3 is premium feature. If customer is using this feature he will be prompted to purchase premium license.

With Fix: PWHT L3 is advance feature. If customer is using this feature he will be prompted to purchase an advance license. 

If customer had purchased only an advance license earlier, he will need to regenerate license to get new advance license with the PWHT L3 feature included.

If customer had purchased premium license earlier, he can continue to use the premium license without any issues.
