1) In J-Web, navigate to Device Administration → Operations → Files.

2) Select the file type based on its location:

• Choose Log Files if the file is stored under /var/log
•  Choose Temporary Files if the file is stored under /var/tmp
• Click on the Download option to save the file to your local system.
