This article describes how reboot commands behave when executed on an SRX device operating in a chassis cluster.
When using the following commands in a chassis cluster environment:
request system reboot / request vmhost reboot
The reboot action applies only to the node on which the command is executed.
These commands do not automatically reboot both nodes in the cluster. If a full cluster reboot is required, the command must be executed separately on each node or additional cluster-specific procedures should be followed.
