Please complete the following steps during a maintenance window.
Please try to online/restart the FPC via CLI .>request chassis fpc slotX offline/online
If the above step does not work you can try rebooting the router
>request system reboot
If still persist and FPC not Powering up after restart Contact Support to initiate a replacement of the FPC
