The Juniper Support Portal Mobile application is available now for iOS and Android. Juniper customers will need an active Support contract and account to use the JSP Mobile app.

Known Issues
The following issues are known and under investigation:

• Notification bell does not clear after notifications viewed (Android/iOS)
• Attachment upload is not available (iOS)
