This article describes the meaning of the following logs messages:

 CHASSISD_I2CS_READBACK_ERROR: Readback error from I2C slave for FPC X (SPC) LCC: reason FPC X Hard errors caused all the cards to restart

On the Messages log saw the following

Aug 12 04:31:41 ALMAZA-GP-1 chassisd[10251]:CHASSISD_I2CS_READBACK_ERROR: Readback error from I2C slave for FPC 1 ([0x13, 0x34] -> 0x0)

Aug 12 04:31:41 ALMAZA-GP-1 chassisd[10251]:CHASSISD_I2CS_READBACK_ERROR: Readback error from I2C slave for FPC 1 ([0x13, 0x35] -> 0x0)

All the cards were changing state to Announce offline

We waited for some more time and all the cards came online and they remain online

From show chassis cluster status, could see that Node 0 was showing HW monitoring error

There was a Major alarm for FPC 1 however the card was still showing Online

We waited some more time the alarm was still there however there was no issue with the card

We rebooted Node 0 and the alarm was cleared
