Need to understand the reason for multiple BGP flaps on device

Multiple BGP sessions flapping due to bfd flaps

No physical issues found on links

Once the BFD session goes up, the BGP sessions gets established

The suggestion is to confirm why bfd is flapping, which causes the BGP session to go down. For BFD troubleshoot can use KB26746 [juniper.net]
