Aug 12 08:11:52.008 root-re0 hwdre[16219]: Unsupported Ftc detected
Unsupported status on Chassis hardware:
SIB 5 REV 32 750-083423 BCCB6216 SIB-JNP10008
FTC 0 Unsupported
FTC 1 REV 19 750-083435 BCDS4033 Fan Controller 8
Fan Tray 0 Unsupported
Fan Tray 1 REV 11 750-103312 BCDR9663 Fan tray 8
When device raised this 2 alarms subsequent, they target to a hardware failure, however in first time, request to customer to perform a re-seat on FAN TRAY issued, if alarms persist, then request to swap currently problematic FAN with another working FAN for test purpose on slot, even though swap FANs, unsupported status persist, this can be considered an slot issue, for that reason RMA for Chassis should be necessary.
