Solution

The log message "PLL_CMERROR_MPC_SI5374_1A (0x17000a)" indicates a major error related to the Phase Locked Loop (PLL) on FPC 11, specifically with the SI5374_1A module. This error is typically caused by a synchronisation issue between the FPC and the system clock.

This suggests a hardware problem with FPC11. Rebooting or reseating the component will not resolve this issue.

If you observe this issue post reboot, It could indicate a potential hardware issue. Kindly replace the FPC with the new one.
