This KB addresses the issue where, after enabling no-auto-negotiation on a 1-gig port on an EX4600, the auto-negotiation status appears as "Incomplete" under "show interface extensive <>" command.

The issue is seen after enabling "no-auto-negotiation" on a 1-gig port.

It is an expected behaviour. When the "no-auto-negotiation" knob is enabled on a 1-gig port, the auto-negotiation status will show as "Incomplete" in the output of the "show interface extensive <>" command. Despite this, the interface should come up and forward traffic as expected.

The status will show as "Complete" only when auto-negotiation is enabled on both the ends.
