This article explains how to enable email notifications in SD Cloud so that users are informed about regular updates and maintenance activities.
Users are not receiving email notifications for SD Cloud updates and maintenance.
To enable email notifications:
Log in to SD Cloud.
Click on the User icon in the top-right corner.
Select Receive enable notifications.
Enable the option: “I want to receive email notifications on regular updates and maintenance”.
Click OK to save the changes.
This will ensure that users receive notifications for all regular updates and maintenance activities.
