Description
When User logs in to the Web GUI, a system warning message pops up:
CMS Portal Integration disabled
Symptoms
Warning message appears each time User logs in to the Service Portal.
This does not affect operation.
Solution
This warning is a result of missing Tenant Plugin which enables communication between CMS and Portal. To address the issue, we need to to peer/connect CMS with the Portal to make CMS aware of all the tenants connected.
To do it, we need to download and Install the TDD Tenant Plugin available under Corero account.
