Customer was trying to upgrade a MX10004 to REL 22.2X2.1 and the upgrade failed with the following error.

For MX10004 the minimum supported Junos version is 22.3 as per the Software section-

The 22.2X2.1 release was approved for a specific platform and the MX10004 was not in the network at that time.

The current suggested Junos to assess for MX10004 is Junos 22.4R3-S2
