• After upgrade the VC into 21.4R3-S2.4 while commit the changes, customer observed below error on the chassis

• Checked the health status of the chassis and identified MAC addresses flapping between two ports in the mac-learning log.
• Resolved the issue by disabling the affected port.
• Attempted commit synchronize and commit synchronize force full, but the issue persisted.
• Subsequently, hard rebooted FPC1 and tried commit synchronize force full again, which was successful.
• If the issue persists even after a reboot, please perform a format installation for the affected FPC
