1) Logs should show the below messages:
license-check[10870]: LICENSE_FEATURE_VIOLATION: License usage violation, feature Port Bandwidth Usage (PAYG license)(279) usage requires a license
2) RSI should show the number of Licenses used is greater than the Licenses installed.

The license violation message is because of the number of installed license is less than what the customer is using in the Port Bandwidth Usage feature.
Advise customer to open an admin case and reach out to customer care to procure the needed licenses.
