The customer reported that they observed fatal error on the QFX10K device along with log/messages below:

PE_TOE Memory Read Fatal error (TOE_ERR_MEM_READ_ERR[12] (0x13002)) is transient hardware issue, a memory error in TOE for PE chip. Please proceed to restart the affected FPC to clear the errors.

If the error logs do not clear then please open a case with JTAC for further investigation.
