This article provides solution on how to resolve the issue when the J-Web menu is incomplete as it lacks some tabs.

Symptoms

The J-Web menu does not have all the expected tabs, just a few. This causes that the switch cannot be fully managed via J-Web.

Solution

You should open J-Web and click on "Maintain" tab. Then click on "Update J-Web". Upon loading the screen, proceed to download application package. Upon completing the download, click on "Select Application Package" and complete the update. After this, all menu tabs should appear.
