Description

This article explains how to synchronize SDWAN policy related configuration between CSO UI and device when user accidentally removed previously deployed intents from the UI and new SDWAN intents failed to deploy for any specific error condition.

Symptoms

  • User deployed few SDWAN intents sucecessfully to the site. 
  • While performing some acceptance testing user deleted and added new intents. Ideally user has to deploy SDWAN policies when user delete intents. 
  • User unable to deploy new intents resulting mismatch in configuration between CSO UI and device. 

Solution

1. Below steps followed to sync the configuration between CSO and Device 

 

  a. Delete the APBR policy related configuration from the CLI and commit the configuration.

  b. Navigate to CSO UI Tenant -> Devices -> Configuration and click on 'Resync Configuration'.

2. Now configure new SDWAN intents in CSO UI.

3. Click deploy and verify sdwan policy deployment successful
