Description

This article tells about the retention period of logs/events in the Security Director Cloud portal for the organization.

Solution

 

For Organizations with trial subscriptions: Retention is 7 days.


For Organizations with Paid subscriptions: The data will only be purged once the storage usage for the organization reaches 110 % and Security Director Cloud reduces the storage usage by 20 % (from 110% to 90%) by deleting the old logs.
The storage check runs every 30 mins and the purge job runs every 40 mins.

There is no retention on the number of days for a paid subscription.
