This KB addresses the issue where the PoE ports are not coming up on EX4300-48p after the entire VC or concerned member reboot within a mixed VC (EX4300-48MP and EX4300-48P).

The issue is only observed after the entire VC or concerned member is rebooted.

In a mixed virtual-chassis of EX4300-48MP switch and EX4300-48P switch, the PoE ports (data ports are not affected) on EX4300-48P switch is not coming up after a reboot. The issue is observed when the entire VC or the concerned member (ex4300-48p) is rebooted. The ports on EX4300-48MP switch come up without any issues. 

As a workaround, if we perform a commit of any configuration on VC, it helps to bring up the affected PoE ports.

We need to upgrade the VC to a fixed version to resolve the issue.
