Information is collected successfully by LWC from collected devices and the same is visible in the dashboard in JSI portal. The reports are not displaying the last collected data. Even the last collection date is not updated in JSI portal.
The LWC is functioning properly and data in the views in the dashboard is current (today's data is being shown). The backend is sending refresh notifications to JSI Portal and receiving a 200 response as well.
However, JSI Portal is not triggering a refresh to change the last collection date in Juniper Support Insights portal. As a result, we are not able to view the proper last collection date in the JSI Portal as well as in the reports.
