This article explains about the difference in vSRX booting time while using different resource pool at hypervisor level.

The boot timings of vSRX is dependent on the underlying resources of the hypervisor used. Also, it is expected to observe high boot time if the location of resource is different of the location of virtual disk due to latency in the network.

It is advised to host the VM for which resource and virtual disk are at the same location rather at different locations and if the locations has to be different then network should be planned in such a way that it has less latency.
