LACP mixed mode doesnt work on ACX2k

Description

Symptoms

Customer running 17.4R2-S9.1 where on acx2k the lacp mixed mode was working fine.
As soon as the upgraded to 20.4R3-S9.3 it stopped working, as this feature was introduced only after acx5k it was not supposed to work on acx2k but as customer was already using the feature we extended the support on
the target version ie 20.4R3-S9.3 and 21.2R3-S8.

Solution

Please take the fix of PR1795798 which extends the support on only 20.4R3-S9.3 and 21.2R3-S8.

LACP mixed mode support was not meant for ACX2100 platform, as this functionality support starts from ACX5k. This is why unsupported warning is included in the configuration. However, considering customer is already using this feature with a specific version, we are extending support to enable continued usage of mixed mode.
