• Observed on an SRX-380.
• The device can resolve and telnet to srx-log-terminator.eu.mist.com 6514, but no flow session can be seen.
• Running version 20.4R3-S8.2
• Configured in a chassis cluster setup.

This issue can be resolved by upgrading to the SRX-Mist recommended version, which is 21.2R3-S7.7. Performing the upgrade to this version should address the issue and ensure proper functionality of the device.
