KB73658 [juniper.net] and KB76106 [juniper.net] has linked the problem to PR1735843: https://prsearch.juniper.net/problemreport/PR1735843.
But, PR1735843 is fixed for ACX5448, ACX5448-D and ACX5448-M platform only.
