However, certain scenarios arise where customers require the download and installation of the APP-ID database without having an IDP license. In such cases, users can directly obtain and install the APP-ID database using the command "request services application-identification download" for downloading and "request services application-identification install" for installation. It's crucial to note that SRX should be connected to the internet for this process. Moreover, without an IDP license, the offline-IDP package is ineffective for installing the APP-ID database.
