After enabling traceoptions for clksyncd process, for example:

set protocols clock-synchronization traceoptions flag all
set protocols clock-synchronization traceoptions file clksyncd.log

The log file (clksyncd.log in the above example) contains information about events from the interfaces which were not configured for PTP or SynchE protocols.
